The Villa is ideally located in the North East of Sardinia, Italy, just 700 metres from the unspoilt white sandy beaches of Pittulongu. 15 minutes away lies the exclusive area of the Costa Smeralda, this beautiful coastline contains stunning beaches and hosts the ultra chic ports of Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo, where the rich and famous moor their yachts. It is also justly famous for its multi million pound villas discretely built into the hillsides, many of which have their roofs completely covered in grass and flowers. Only 10 minutes in the other direction lies the Roman port city of Olbia with its shops and many superb cafés and restaurants, plus all the facilities that you would expect in a city, such as an international airport, hospitals, internet café’s, couriers, etc. etc.

The locals are famed for their warmth and hospitality, and there are many feast days celebrated in traditional dress amid the plethora of unspoilt villages throughout the Island .

There are many prehistoric and historic sites to visit, wondrous illuminated caves, resplendent with stalactite and stalagmite formations to explore, boat trips, bike rides, and walks, but Sardinia is most famous for its huge variety of Caribbean style long white sandy beaches, hundreds of unspoilt coves,

and crystal clear emerald green sea, truly ‘the best beaches in the Mediterranean’, and, other than in August, almost completely deserted.

The villa is available for rent and can sleep 8 people in its 3 large double bedrooms. The terrace and garden face south over the sea, with spectacular views of the Island of Tavolara. All rooms have high-sloped ceilings with wooden beams and are individually air-conditioned.

The villa is brand new but designed in traditional Sardinian style.
