The Villa Facilities & Local ServicesIncluded in the facilities is the planned exclusive use of our reserved section of private beach. There is a full maid service (should you require it, available at an extra cost), excellent local restaurants, a local mini-market, and fine walks. The buses run from the bottom of the road into Olbia. In Olbia there are all the services and facilities that you would expect in a city. Our local managing agents, Idee Residenziali, will greet you on arrival and show you round the villa, answering any questions you may have. Speak to Elena on 0789 39256.
